DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Amy Fouts

Over the past five years in her role as director of operations, Amy has worked in HR, customer service, day-to-day operations, accounting, and scheduling.

She has been recognized in her field for customer service. Amy is enthusiastic about pest control because she enjoys helping others and wants to make a difference in the world. Being polite and kind goes a long way.

Amy graduated from Xenia High School and currently lives in Jamestown, Ohio.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to church, and relaxing.

DIRECTOR OF SALES

Kent Manor

Over the past four years in his role as director of sales, Kent has worked in sales and operations, as well as a team supervisor.

Kent has been in the pest control industry for 20 years and is licensed in the categories of Core, 7, 10A, 10B, and 12. He is committed to the field because he enjoys helping people and offering solutions to clients and the industry.

Kent graduated from Eastern Kentucky University and currently lives in Xenia, Ohio.

In his spare time, Kent enjoys outside activities like fishing and camping.

LEAD SERVICE PRO

Cody Smith

Over the past four years in his role as lead service pro, Cody has worked as a technician treating pest control problems for residential and multi-residential properties.

 Cody is licensed in the pest control industry for the categories of Core, 6A, 7, and 10A, 10B, 10D, and 12. He enjoys that his job is dynamic and always changing. He has a high standard for taking care of client’s pest control needs.

 Cody graduated from ECOT High School and currently lives in Fairborn, Ohio.

 In his spare time, Cody enjoys beekeeping, gardening, canning, and spending time with his family.
